Avoid Android devices with virtual proximity sensors. Fix for proximity sensor issue Dial * # * # 64663 # * # * First test your proximity sensor from the list. Come back to the main page. Tap on the 3 little dots on the top right corner and select "additional tools". Tap Proximity Sensor. Increase the level to 7 or 8 or whatever you want and test it and choose pass.
